Demir Leblebi’nin 27 Şubat’ta Türkçe yayımladığı İspanya’nın ilk trans senatörü Carla Antonelli’nin parlomentoda konuşmasını hatırlıyor musunuz? Carla Antonelli, muzir.org’a 8 Mart’a iki gün kala Türkiye’deki feminist ve LGBTİ+ aktivistlerine mesajını iletti.

Antonelli konuşmasında AKP toplumsal cinsiyet eşitliği ve çeşitliliğine saldıran bir kanun teklifi taslağına karşı bir arada mücadelenin önemini vurguluyor. 

Taslak, “kanunla belirlenen koşullara aykırı olarak cinsiyetini değiştirmeye yönelik herhangi bir tıbbi müdahale yaptıran” kişiler hakkında üç yıla kadar hapis cezası öngörüyor.

“Toplumsal cinsiyet rollerine uymamak. Sağ, aşırı sağ, radikaller ve kökten dincilerin LGTBIQ+ topluluğuna tekrar saldırmak ve onu kriminalize etmek için dayatmak istedikleri bir adımla daha karşı karşıyayız. Türkiyede LGBTIQ+ topluluğundan kız, erkek ve queer kardeşlerime. Özellikle de trans kız kardeşlerime MERHABA. Bu metni gayet iyi biliyorsunuz çünkü 20 yılı aşkın süredir iktidarda olan partinin getirmek istediği yasa bu. Ve yine biz kız kardeşlerim, işlevsel bir suni gündem aracıyız. Kendi sefaletlerini, insanlar için gerçekten önemli olan diğer hakikatleri örtmek için öne sürdükleri mükemmel bir paravan… Bahsettiklerim; biz LGBTIQ+ topluluğunu kriminalize ederek gündemi değiştirirken, bir yandan üstünü örtmeye çalıştıkları barınma, istihdam oranları, yoksulluk gibi gerçek sorunlar… Size bir şey söyleyeyim mi? Sessiz kaldığımız her an onların ilerlemesine fırsat tanımaktır. Bu nedenle; sesimizi hep birlikte yükseltmenin, dünyanın tüm hoparlörlerinden sesimizi duyurmanın zamanı geldi. Maalesef dostlarım, bu sadece bugün Türkiye’de yaşanan bir sorun değil. Bu bir virüs, bu bir salgın, küresel çapta bir pandemi. Dünyanın tüm ülkelerinde… Onlar nefret gündemlerini yaymaya devam ederken Bir anda, biz LGBTIQ+ topluluğu bu gezegenin suçluları ilan edildik. Bu, çok daha kötü bir şeyin habercisidir. Bu, bir soykırımın ve LGTBIQ+ nüfusunun yok edilmesinin habercisidir. Ama size bir şey söyleyeyim: Tam da; nereden geldiğimizi, terk edildiğimiz ve hiçbirinin yaşamlarımızı umursamadığı o kenarlardan buraya, hayatın merkezine ulaşmanın bize nelere mal olduğunu çok iyi biliyoruz. Ve şimdi; baş kaldırdığımız ve sosyal alanın tüm hücrelerini işgal ettiğimiz, onları rahatsız ettiğimiz zamandır. Tam da bu sebeple, nereden geldiğimizi ve buraya nasıl geldiğimizi bildiğimiz için, başladığımız yere geri gönderilmeye izin vermeyeceğiz. “No ajustarse a las normas de género. Esto es un paso más que la derecha, extrema derecha, radicales y fundamentalistas quieren imponer para atacar de nuevo a la comunidad LGTBIQ+ y criminalizarla. Hola hermanas hermanos hermanes de la comunidad LGTBIQ+ de Turquía. Especialmente a mis hermanas trans. Conocéis demasiado bien, perfectamente este texto, porque es la ley que pretende llevar el partido que está gobernando desde hace más de 20 años. De nuevo hermanas somos la cortina de humo perfecta, la cortina de humo perfecta para tapar sus propias miserias, para tapar las otras realidades que verdaderamente importan al pueblo. Qué son los problemas de la vivienda, los problemas de la tasa de empleo, los problemas de la pobreza mientras tanto (claro) la cortina de humo con la comunidad LGTBIQ+ criminalizandonos. Eso sí, os digo una cosa: A cada minuto de nuestro silencio son pasos que ellos van avanzando. Por lo tanto ha llegado la hora de alzar todas juntas nuestras voces, que se nos oigan con todos los altavoces. Desgraciadamente amigas mías, no es un problema que esté pasando solamente hoy en Turquía. Es un virus es una pandemia mundial global por todos los países del mundo. Donde de pronto la comunidad LGTB vehículo plus de pronto somos las villanas de este planeta. Mientras ellos continúan expandiendo su agenda del odio. Esto es la crónica anunciada de algo mucho peor. Es la crónica anunciada de un genocidio y una exterminio de la población LGTBIQ+. Pero os digo una cosa: precisamente porque nosotras sabemos de dónde venimos lo que ha costado llegar hasta aquí desde aquellos márgenes donde estábamos y donde ninguno solo de ellos se preocupó de nuestras vidas y ahora cuando hemos levantado la cabeza y estamos ocupando todos los extractos de la esfera social, ahora es cuando le molestábamos. Por eso mismo, porque sabemos de dónde venimos y como hemos llegado hasta aquí no vamos a permitir que nos vuelvan a llevar a de donde partimos. Así que unidos, unidas y unidos levantemos las voces, miraremos de frente. Nunca más volver a agachar la cabeza. Fuerza hermanas de Turquía.”

To my sisters, brothers, and queer siblings from the LGBTIQ+ community in Turkey. Especially to my trans sisters, MERHABA. You know this text very well because it is the law that the party in power for over 20 years wants to introduce. And once again, my sisters, we are the perfect smokescreen. An ideal distraction they put forward to cover up their own misery and the other truths that truly matter to people. What I’m referring to are the real issues they try to cover up while shifting the agenda by criminalizing us, the LGBTIQ+ community—housing, employment rates, poverty, and more. Can I tell you something? Every moment we remain silent is an opportunity for them to advance. That’s why it’s time to raise our voices together and make ourselves heard from everywhere in the world. Unfortunately, my friends, this is not just an issue happening in Turkey today. This is a virus, a contagion, a global pandemic. In all the countries of the world… As they continue to spread their hate agenda. Suddenly, we, the LGBTIQ+ community, were declared the criminals of this planet. This is the precursor of something much worse. This is a sign of genocide and the eradication of the LGBTIQ+ population. But let me tell you something. Where we come from, from the margins where we were abandoned and our lives were not valued, we arrived at the center and we know very well what it cost us. And now, it is time for us to rise up and occupy every cell of the social space, to disturb them. For this very reason, because we know where we came from and how we got here, we will not allow ourselves to be sent back to where we started. That’s why all of us, together, will raise our voices and look forward. We will never bow our heads down again. My sisters from Turkey, may the force be with you.”
